| DESCRIPTION: |
It is hand stitched
with twelve modern silk woven Obi sashes (they are about
5 to 20 years old) and some gold and silver metal threads
are used also. The woven patterns have butterflies, Kikko-mon
(hexagonal), paulownia flowers, chrysanthemums, and various
other flowers. The basic color is green but it has a lot
of colors in it. The back side is made from upholstery
100% silk fabric (not made in Japan) and Japanese Kimono
silk fabric. Quilter's Dream unbleached organic 100% cotton
batting is in it. |
