DESCRIPTION:	It is an antique (about 50 years old) Sya (gauze) silk Hitoe (a summer Kimono) Omeshi (which is a woven garment with twisted pre-dyed silk threads) used for a woman to wear in town. Sya silk is thin and light and used outdoors during hot summers. The woven patterns are stripes with metallic gold and silver threads and Nanten (nandia/heavenly bamboo). A belt completes the picture.
